Take some plastic and melt into the hole…. Let it harden and screw into the hardened plastic now molded into the threads and cavity. Don’t crucify me. It’s free pretty much. Jerry rigged? 4 sure!

Question I've come through 2 cams in the past year they keep getting eaten the lobs are getting shaved away I've adjusted them to spec did the proper break in and it just keeps happening

Nice job brother I’m using 1995 Honda accord aftermarket motor regulator. Did you place the passenger motor same location side as the driver side? Having difficulty placing it and I have not done the driver side yet and hoping that there will not be any issue. Do you mind sharing the location(photo) of the motor on the passenger side? Truly appreciate it

Hey mitch! So my 1990 b2600i might be having problems, i pressed in my clutch pedal and it stayed down and wouldn't come back up till i raised it with my foot, then it operates normally. Should i go ahead and replace my slave cylinder? its all from what i can tell oem still

I just bought an 86 B2000 (I'm so stoked), and it's had the Weber swap already done. I am trying to verify the timing on mine, but I don't have the same marks or anything like you've pointed out. My ONE mark is on the driver side of the timing cover, and there's no numbers - just an arrow. There are two marks, very close together, on the crank pulley. I need to buy a digital timing light, but sheesh - any idea how to tell where it's at with an old skool timing light?

Thank you for your video sir, I know your video is for Mazda 32/36 but I purchased a genuine Weber for my 85 Nissan 720 this helped a lot on tuning my carb, my old OEM carb was on its way out dieseling really bad, put the Weber on after operating temp was good idle amazing but when I took it for a spin she continued to diesel not as bad and is hesitating to start have to pump the pedal but if I let it sit over night she’ll start and idle just fine with no issues without pumping the throttle but once it gets to temp it starts to mess up, but like you said in your video I’ll check timing next 👍

I wonder if you could customize the lever length and or angle in order to make it so that you don't need a spacer? Would it still seal the head?

Hey man I've been watching all the content of the mazda b series and I'm a fan of what you do I had this 89 b2200 for a while and I've been inspired by your work to get it going again and so I have been putting work and it's coming along but I have reached an error due to my impatience and I just cleaned the gas tank and I totally forgot what placement all the hoses had been and I do have a book that covers from 80 thru 90s but for some reason it doesn't have the exact layout as my 89 b2200 I have searched the internet for the same layout and I had not been able to find it, you think you could gimme some advice or point me in the right direction I had also recently taken out the stock carb and the vacuum lines that were not going to be used and installed a weber

I hope this my issue. Mine has a dead spot and number 2 spark plug is blackened.

How would you know if the fuel pump from the tank or the head is bad? There’s 2 right?

‘87 Mazda B2600 here. Just started the Weber changeover. Do I need to keep the Oxygen sensor? I know it’s probably a dumb question but it always sounds better from a recognized expert!

Hey, I’m stuck, idle mix all dialed in. Problem is it won’t throttle up. 2 carbs I’ve tried and both die when I throttle up. One is new one is used, same issue

Beautiful! I started working on my 87’ it was all original. Put new wheels, sold camper and added bed cover. Added center console. Changing out lights all around. You inspired me to love my truck all over again. Thanks!!!

How bout a pressure regulator? I’ve ran webers for years and never ran one, any other thoughts on the matter?

Do the slots in the top of the lifter need to line up with the slots in the tappets?
